The luminaire consists of the following components: Cooling body, main body, mast mounting and sun sail

Features

  • Operating system based on constant current.
  • Power supply unit HLG-240H-54B with additional current control setting for constant light flux for the following functions:
    - Power reduction to 30 % via PST wire
    control (negative or - positive logic)
    - 14 predefined time programmes
    selectable via rotary switch.
  • Integrated LED as indicator (flashing) for power reduction mode.
  • Programmed current curve for constant luminous flux.
  • Input for external NTC for LED module monitoring with automatic power reduction when exceeding the upper temperature limit.
  • Automatic power setting up to the nominal output when reaching the lower temperature limit.
  • Interface signal 1-10 V as control for LED-driver.
  • Available light flux according to configuration:
    9000 lm - 25440 lm.
  • Maximum output power 220 W.

  • Input voltage range: 207 – 254 VAC.
  • Mains frequency: 50 / 60 Hz
    Nominal output current adjustable via resistor, Max value: 4 A.
  • Safety protection class: I or II.
  • Ambient temperature:
    -40°C bis 55°C.
  • Protection IP type:
    54 / 67 depending on model.

Asymmetrical reflectors spread and control the light of the high-power LED. These facet-reflectors are computer optimized, illuminating the entire defined area (based on the multi-layer principle), so that all illuminance levels are added together, resulting in a homogenous and uniformly lit area.

Housing - Cooling body

The cooling body contains the electrical components (LED) and the optical system, is hermetically sealed und it corresponds with protection type IP68. Heat is dissipated via a special metal core circuit board.

The covering glass consists of hardened safety glass, vaporized on both sides with metal oxide. This process prevents the total reflection of the emitted light.

  • AL Mg Si 10, AL 99,7 (seawater resistant)
    All connecting elements are made of stainless steel.
